Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh is between the Côteaux du Breuilh and the River Dordogne.

You are on the wine route, half way between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion. Lots of castles will open their gates for you to come in and taste their finest vintage wines along the way. (Bergerac, Montravel and Haut-Motnravel appellations).

There are may footpaths to explore the surrounding vineyards and forests. Take a trip on the water, in a canoe or a kayak, go for an improvised dip in the river Dordogne, or relax on the beach at Saint-Aulaye.

Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh, is also a great place for a gourmet excursion. You can start with the Chantôme cheese, which is made locally in the Laurents quarter. You then might like to enjoy some other local specialities such as foie gras, duck confits, magrets, mushrooms, truffles, walnuts...

The area has quite a remarkable heritage, with unspoilt nature, the beautiful River Dordogne, a dynamic cultural programme and plenty of sporting an leisure activities.
