The PASS'ÉTAPES CARD

All there is to know about the PASS'ÉTAPES Card

The PASS'ETAPES card (valid for life) allows me:

  • To access a network of 500 areas (stopover or services)

  • To enter and exit freely, 24 hours a day (unless the area is full)

  • To book a pitch with the PACK'PRIVILÈGES (option that allows you to book in most areas) (prices and conditions on https://www.campingcarpark.com/en_GB/product/pack-privileges)

  • To top up my account on my internet account, at the entrance to the areas on the machines or even by phone by contacting the customer service *

I can get the PASS'ÉTAPES card (for 5 €):

  • At the payment terminal / automaton on a site, where the machine delivers the card (valid immediately).

  • On the website http://www.campingcarpark.com/. I receive the card at home, as well as a roadmap referencing all the sites. A minimum top-up of 10 € is required.

  • With the customer service*. I receive the card at home, as well as a roadmap referencing all the sites. A minimum top-up of 10 € is required.

I do not have the PASS'ETAPES access card yet:

I have my PASS'ÉTAPES access card:

  1. I arrive in front of the area and recharge my account (recommended). I then bring my motorhome up to the gate and the green terminal. 

  2. I put the card in front of the keypad of the terminal

  3. The barrier opens, I enter and park on my pitch

I use the services and exit the site by scanning my card in front of the keypad at the green terminal. With the PASS'ÉTAPES card, I enter and exit the site as many times as I want.

The credit will be deducted when you exit the site (according to the time spent on the area):

  • Up to 5 hours: 5 € * (except promotional offers)

  • More than 5 hours = 24 hour rate = 10 to 12 € on average depending on the season and destination

  • If your stay exceeds 24 hours, a new 24 hour period will be counted, and so on for each 24 hour period

This is why it is essential to write down your arrival time, as it is from the arrival time that our systems calculate your stay.

The duration of the stay does not end when you leave the area. For a several days stay, the arrival time of the first day is valid for the calculation of the entire stay.

*The amount may be € 5.50 including tax, depending on the applicable VAT rate.

I recharge my account:

  • On the website with a Visa or a MasterCard.

  • On the machine at the entrance of the area* with a Visa, Mastercard or Maestro Card

  • By calling the customer service with a Visa or MasterCard

  • By mail with holiday vouchers, postal money or checks

  • In the headquarters in Pornic (44): holiday vouchers, money order, checks, cash, Visa or Mastercard

I can see my balance:

  • On the payment terminal of the area by choosing the option 'Already customer ? Check your balance'

  • On my personal account on the website http://www.campingcarpark.com/

  • With the mobile application from the "My account" section

  • By contacting the Customer Service*

The PASS'ETAPES card is valid for life.

No problem!

I can buy the PASS'ÉTAPES card at the payment terminal in front of any area. The machine delivers the card, which is valid immediately.

I have 2 solutions to get a new card:

  • On the area of my choice: I contact the customer service* who will deliver me a new card (5 €) via the payment machine

  • At home: I contact the customer service* by email or phone and confirm my postal address. I receive my new card by post (10 € for the card and delivery costs)

Thus, my customer account and my credit are kept, the old card is blocked for security.

I arrive in front of the area and contact the customer service. They will open the gate to let me enter and exit the site. The invoicing of my stay will be done as usual.

If the balance on my card is insufficient for my stay, I top up my PASS'ÉTAPES account via my customer area or by phone.
