Les Salaisons de l'Adour are present three times a week, at lunchtime or in the evening, at the stopping places.
They offer Basque cakes with black cherry jam and almond cream. These cakes are made by Jérôme, a craftsman for over 25 years. They are homemade every day before you pass through the area, without any colouring or preservatives.

New for 2021: salted country ham! Produced at the Salaisons de l'Adour, at the foot of the Pyrenees, it is matured for 14 months and sold in 80g tubs.

At the Cité du Vin, take a trip around the world to discover wine in all its facets! The visit begins with the Permanent Exhibition, an immersive, sensory adventure that offers a fun way to discover wine, vines and the work of winegrowers. The journey continues at the Belvedere, 35 metres high, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from vineyards around the world or an organic juice while gazing at Bordeaux from 360°.
