The "My Account" section
Your personal area "My account" gives you access to many information!
You may access your personal account by entering your username and password that you received by email or SMS.
If you lost them, you can always contact the Customer Care service 7 days a week.
If you forgot your password, you can click on “lost password? ".
A new window will appear, asking you to enter your email address: you enter the email address corresponding to your account in order to receive a message containing your new password.
As you return to the site and after logging in with this new password, you can personalize it from the “my account” section.
- You can find your invoices 48 hours after the last outing of your stay on your personal space in the "My account" section:
- Go to the "My purchases" section
- You will find all the invoices for the stays you have purchased on the website or the application ready for downloading.
Our site uses the Monext / Payline solution for secure payment on the internet.

If you want to close your account, please send us your PASS'ÉTAPES card by postal mail as well as a bank details so that we can refund you the balance thereof, to the following address:

We apply a closing charge of 12€ and the price of the card at the current rate in case of non-return of the card.
Upon receipt of this letter, we will close your account and deactivate your PASS'ÉTAPES card.
Your email address will then be deleted from our files.
If you have lost your card, be aware that a 10€ non-return fee will be charged on the remaining balance in your account.
