Dichtbij de stad

De stad is in ongeveer 20 minuten lopend bereikbaar. De plaats ligt langs een doorgaande snelweg. Die hoor je wel maar wij vonden het niet hinderlijk. Het memoriaal is naast de camperplaats.

Très bien situé...!

Bon emplacement avec beaucoup de verdure pour les chiens (petit bémol le bruit de la rocade en contre bas) à côté du mémorial où il y a un arrêt de bus le numéro 2 (face à l'hopital privé) pour vous rendre au centre ville (arrêt vaugueux) , beaucoup de rues piétonnes avec beaucoup de commerces. A refaire sans hésiter..

Aire bien placée

Aire bien placée, proche du mémorial...route à grande circulation en contrebas mais on s y habitue la nuit. Aire très propre, spacieuse.

aire propre à côté du mémorial eau vidange électricité aucun soucis très fonctionnelle l’arrêt de bus est à peine à 5 min pour visiter le centre ville je recommande

Great new site well spaced out.

30 mins walk into city centre (or frequent busses). A bit exposed to the wind and road noise, but I'd still recommend.

Der Stellplatz ist sehr gut gelegen zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus direkt in die Stadt. Sauber und alles vorhanden.

Nice and modern

New site, with good working facilities. Filled up by 5.30pm mid October. Good for visiting museum and d-day beach landing sites.

Caen

Good aire for the price with larger pitches but needed ramps to level on left hand pitches. All amenities outside and ehu inside, no wifi. There is a noisy road in the vicinity which was noticeable overnight and the road at the entrance got busy from 8am onwards. About a 30 minutes walk to Caen, but worth the effort as its a lovely place, although the castle is being renovated and was more like a building site in oct 2023.

I understand that this noise may have disturbed you during your stay. We offer a number of different destinations that may suit you depending on your expectations at the time. For example, there are areas in the town centre where you can find tourist attractions, areas close to main roads where you can stop off and also areas in the countryside where you can find more peace and quiet and local shops.
