Aire camping car inondée
Nous avons fait le tour de l'air camping car mais impossible de s'y installé car le terrain était inondé. Nous y sommes rester quelques minutes et d'autres camping caristes vidaient leur cassettes et remplissaient des bidons sans rentrer sur l'aire nous empêchant par la même occasion de ressortir de l'aire. Dommage la pluie était tombée toute la nuit ,nous as dit un camping cariste installé sur l'aire.

Close to town and beach.
Usual Camping-Car facilities. Located next to hippodrome. Lot of activity when racing on but did not impact on aire. Close to many shops and beach. Long walks possible on coastal path. Some bars and restaurants open at this time of year. Few pitches can be muddy with heavy rainfall. Would definitely use again

Parking très bien calme mais il faudrait refaire les emplacements, quand il pleut les places sont meubles risque d enlisement ( mettre du gravillons).

Good site
Pitches were quite soggy as they are grass and there had been lots of rain about a mile walk into the town with lots of restaurants and bars on the seafront which was pretty we were next to the race course and were lucky to see the trotting races this made it very busy but the site was quiet and not affected by the event

Great stop over
So the site is a tad tired looking. Cut the grass, needs some more gravel but other than that fine. We stayed two nights here. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Lots to keep you interested, restaurants, shops, small supermarket. Beach 13 minutes walk. Great cycle paths. We cycled to La Rochelle which took over an hour but lovely route. The following day we took the train , so easy, x3 stops ( station 5 minutes away)to La Rochelle to enjoy beers and food. Would visit again !

Set back a bit from village if you looking for total peace and quiet this was it Good WiFi 25min walk to the beach
