Great Game Contest Rules 012023

ARTICLE 1.  ORGANISATION OF THE GAME

The company CAMPING-CAR PARK, a simplified joint stock company whose corporate name is CAMPING-CAR PARK, registered in the Saint Nazaire Trade and Companies Register under number 530 966 233 000 39, with its registered office at 3, rue Docteur Ange Guépin (hereinafter referred to as "the Organising Company") is organising a game entitled "Grand Jeu Concours" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") from 03 January 2023 (12:00 noon) to 03 February 2023 (12:00 noon) (French time).

This Game will take place exclusively on the CAMPING-CAR PARK mobile application (Google Play and App Store)

ARTICLE 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This Contest is open to all natural persons of legal age, with the exception of members of the Organising Company's staff, as well as members of their families.

To participate, the natural person of legal age must fill in the form requested with his/her contact details: e-mail address, postcode, country, telephone number and main address.

The participation is taken into account when all the fields are filled in and as soon as the participant has clicked on "I participate". 

Only one participation per customer account will be taken into account. 

ARTICLE 3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GAME

This Game is announced on the following media:

Mobile application (window on the home page) 

Newsletter issued by CAMPING-CAR PARK

Social networks: Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram pages of CAMPING-CAR PARK

ARTICLE 4. PRIZES TO BE WON

The prizes to be won are : 

• 3 PRIVILEGE PACKS
• 30 CAMPING-CAR PARK polo shirts
• 10 road maps
• 10 sets of mugs and key rings

(hereinafter referred to as "the prizes"). 

The prizes have the following value: 

• 87€ of PACK'PRIVILÈGES (unit price 29€)
• 450€ of CAMPING-CAR PARK polo shirts (unit price 15€)
• 30€ of road maps (unit price 3€)
• 90 mugs and key rings (unit price mug 5€ and unit price key ring 4€)

The overall prize of the Game is therefore equivalent to a value of €657. 

In the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control, the Organising Company reserves the right to replace the prizes won with prizes of equivalent nature and/or value.

The winners (hereinafter referred to as "the Winners") shall not be entitled to obtain the cash equivalent of the Prize won or request its exchange for other goods or services.

The Prize is nominative, non-tradable and cannot be awarded or transferred to a third party or parties.

ARTICLE 5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

To participate in the Game, the participant (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant") must

•  Have a customer account with CAMPING-CAR PARK

If they do not have a CAMPING-CAR PARK customer account, open the CAMPING-CAR PARK application, click on "Account", "My account" and then "I am creating an account". You can also create an account on the website www.campingcarpark.com 

Any registration that is fraudulent and/or does not comply with these rules and/or contains inaccurate information will not be taken into account and will result in the invalidity of the participation. Any Participant thus disqualified may not claim the Prize. The Organising Company then reserves the right to put back into play the Prize that may have been wrongly awarded. In this case, a new draw will be held among the participants to designate a new participant who will win the Prize. If this person is also not eligible within the meaning of these Rules, a new draw will be held, and so on until the person who meets all the criteria is found. 

The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks on the identity and domicile of the winner. Any false declaration shall automatically result in the elimination of the winner.

ARTICLE 6. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS

No later than 28 February 2023, CAMPING-CAR PARK will proceed with an automatic draw from the participants to identify the 17 winners as presented in Article 6.  

Only one Prize will be awarded per household (same name, same address; only one e-mail address per household) for the entire duration of the Contest.

ARTICLE 7. PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE PRIZE

The procedure for the Winners to receive their Prize is as follows:

The Participants and Winners will receive an email at the end of the Winner Determination phase informing them whether they have won or lost.

The Organising Company will do its best to contact the Winners via the e-mail address that the participants will have transmitted on their CAMPING-CAR PARK customer account. Nevertheless, if one of the Winners remains unreachable, he/she will be considered to have renounced his/her Prize.

ARTICLE 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND ACCESS TO THE RULES

8.1 Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Any fraud, attempted fraud or failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of the author, with the Organising Company reserving the right, if necessary, to take legal action against the latter.

The use of robots or any other similar methods is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the disqualification of its author for the entire duration of the Contest.

8.2 Access to the rules

ARTICLE 9. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION OF THE GAME

The Organising Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten or modify the present operation in whole or in part in the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

Any modification of the rules will be the subject of an amendment and information to the Participants.

ARTICLE 10. DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

In the event of a dispute or claim relating to the interpretation of these rules, for whatever reason, requests must be sent within a maximum of two (2) months after the end of the Game, to the following address: communication@campingcarpark.com

ARTICLE 11. LIABILITY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE INTERNET NETWORK

It is expressly recalled that the Internet is not a secure network. The Organising Company shall therefore not be held liable for contamination by any virus or for the intrusion of a third party into the system of the terminal of participants in the Game.

The Organising Company shall do everything in its power to allow access to the Game site.

However, it may not be held liable in the event of malfunctioning of the Internet network beyond its control.

ARTICLE 12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected are necessary for the organisation of the Contest and the awarding of the Prize to the Winner. It is exclusively intended for the Organising Company in the context of the Contest and will not be used for any other purpose, except with the express consent of the Participants.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Participants have the right to access, rectify and withdraw any personal information concerning them, which they may exercise by contacting the Organising Company at the following address: contact@campingcarpark.com

ARTICLE 13. APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are subject to French law.
