Fantastic little site next to the river. At this time of year expect to be woken by the geese! Village a short walk away for bakers etc.

Hundekot in Mengen
Das könnte ein so schöner Platz sein. Wären da nicht die Hundebesitzer (wir haben selbst einen Hund) die diesen Platz scheinbar als Hundeklo missbrauchen.. Unbeschreiblich,ein Haufen neben dem andern und natürlich stinkts dementsprechend.

Lovely location by river . Very little in the town . Military cemeteries within easy walking.

Museums & Memorials
Peaceful place to stay , booked for 1 night but stayed 2 as very central for us . A row of marked out pitches all with views of the River Somme and fishing lakes . Museum Somme 1916 in Albert and Thiepval Memorial to the Missing of the Somme within 10 mins drive or bike 45/50 mins . Bray-sur-Somme is a small village with a few shops but is steeped in history being on the frontline in WW1. The village museum is only open July&August in the afternoons.....will have to come back !

Très bel endroit au calmeet le paradis des pêcheurs.
Nous y avons passé un très bon week-end même si le temps n’était pas avec nous.

Parking tranquille idéal pour les pêcheurs Gros Pb le parking est une aire de repos pour des oies qui sèment leurs excréments partout Un nettoyage régulier est à prévoir et nécessaire

Ein guter Platz und Ausstattung. Die Umgebung bietet viel Natur und am Kanal kann man sehr gepflegt mit dem Fahrrad fahren.
