These general terms and conditions of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES (collectively referred to as these "Terms") constitute the agreement between you and CAMPING-CAR PARK (hereinafter "CCP" or "We") regarding your subscription to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES on the campingcarpark.com website and describe the respective rights and obligations of the parties. Please read these Terms carefully.
Please also review the General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the Personal Data Protection Charter.
Users of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES can benefit from numerous advantages and services as indicated in these Terms (collectively the "PACK’PRIVILÈGES"). By activating your PACK’PRIVILÈGES, you expressly agree that we will begin providing the services associated with the PACK’PRIVILÈGES during the 14-day withdrawal period.
Guaranteed pitch availability (in advance or last-minute) Holders of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES can book a pitch at CAMPING-CAR PARK network areas (Stopover Areas or Camping de mon village). Eligible areas for the PACK’PRIVILÈGES are designated as such on their product page (via a “Book” button). The booking of a stay must be made only during the validity period of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES. The PACK’PRIVILÈGES thus ensures access to a pitch at eligible areas. For more information on the benefits of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES and applicable restrictions, please visit the PACK’PRIVILÈGES page.
Other benefits related to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES are described on the PACK’PRIVILÈGES page of the CAMPING-CAR PARK website or mobile application.
The activation fees for the PACK’PRIVILÈGES are indicated on the PACK’PRIVILÈGES page. The next renewal date of your PACK’PRIVILÈGES is displayed in the "Profile" section of the CAMPING-CAR PARK mobile application. The activation fees for the PACK’PRIVILÈGES are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms. The PACK’PRIVILÈGES can be added to the cart by the customer or will be automatically added if a reservation request is made and the customer does not have a valid PACK’PRIVILÈGES.
The applicable activation fees will be automatically charged if you activate your PACK’PRIVILÈGES and use any of the services, even during the withdrawal period. The applicable activation fees will also be automatically charged if you activate your PACK’PRIVILÈGES and do not notify us in writing, as per the formalities mentioned in these Terms and before the next renewal date, of your intention to cancel the PACK’PRIVILÈGES. If your default payment method becomes invalid during your PACK’PRIVILÈGES subscription period or if the payment is declined for any reason other than one attributable to us, you authorize us to use any other payment method registered in your customer account. If payment from these methods is also declined, you have 30 days to provide a new valid payment method. Otherwise, your PACK’PRIVILÈGES subscription will be canceled.
If you activate your PACK’PRIVILÈGES, you can cancel it annually on its anniversary date by following these rules: The PACK’PRIVILÈGES must be canceled by postal mail to CAMPING-CAR PARK (3, rue du Docteur Ange Guépin - 44210 Pornic - France) or by email to contact@campingcarpark.com completing this form at least one month before the renewal date indicated in the “Profile” section of the mobile application. In your request, you must include your access card or DIGITAL PASS reference, as well as your full name, postal address, and email address. You will receive a confirmation email within one week. The information will also be updated in the “Profile” section of the mobile application once your PACK’PRIVILÈGES expires. You will no longer benefit from the PACK’PRIVILÈGES services once it expires. If you have made a reservation for a date beyond your PACK’PRIVILÈGES validity period, it will be canceled upon termination. PACK’PRIVILÈGES activations obtained using a promotional code or gift card are non-refundable.
If you have paid the activation fees upon subscribing to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of activation. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal and have not benefited from the PACK’PRIVILÈGES advantages, we will fully refund the activation fees to your CAMPING-CAR PARK account. To exercise your withdrawal right within the 14-day period, you must complete this form.
The refund will be processed to the personal account linked to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse your activation within the limits permitted by applicable law.
As stated on the PACK’PRIVILÈGES page of the CAMPING-CAR PARK website or mobile app, and except in specific promotional contexts, the PACK’PRIVILÈGES has an initial validity period of one year.
All PACK’PRIVILÈGES activated after April 14, 2020, are automatically renewed for an additional year upon their expiration date.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, CAMPING-CAR PARK will inform you via a dedicated email at least one month and no more than three months before the expiration of the period that allows you to reject the renewal. This email will notify you of the possibility of opting out of the automatic renewal clause. Upon receiving this email, you have a period of one month to inform us of your decision to decline the automatic renewal. This must be done by completing this form.
You may not transfer your PACK’PRIVILÈGES subscription or any benefits arising from your activation to third parties.
You may not use the PACK’PRIVILÈGES to book stays for resale to third parties.
The PACK’PRIVILÈGES is reserved for end consumers aged 18 or older.
We may notify you of the immediate and automatic termination of your PACK’PRIVILÈGES subscription if we determine that (a) your use of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES constitutes a material violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or (b) you are engaging in abusive or fraudulent use of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES. In such cases, you will not receive a refund. We will inform you of the termination of your PACK’PRIVILÈGES and your right to appeal.
We may modify these Terms, the PACK’PRIVILÈGES, or any of its components at any time for the following reasons:
To comply with legal or regulatory requirements;
For security reasons;
To improve existing features or add new ones to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES;
To integrate technological advancements;
To make necessary technical adjustments to the PACK’PRIVILÈGES;
To ensure the proper operation of the PACK’PRIVILÈGES.
If we make modifications, we will notify you in the prescribed timeframe and format and remind you of your rights. You have the right to refuse these modifications and may cancel your PACK’PRIVILÈGES subscription at any time.
Any increase in the subscription fee will not apply until the end of the current period.
If a modification is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and modifications.
Any amicable claim regarding invoice elements is admissible within 90 days from the invoice date and must be submitted exclusively to the issuing company by mail or email to the headquarters (contact details are listed in the invoice header). The claim must include the access card or PASS DIGITAL number. Filing a claim does not exempt the holder from paying the disputed invoice.
If a claim is made, the issuing company will conduct an investigation. Any necessary adjustments following the investigation will be processed later. The issuing company will provide proof of the transaction(s) using system records.
In case of a dispute regarding these general conditions, you have the option to seek mediation or another alternative dispute resolution method, as provided under Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
After contacting Customer Service to attempt an amicable resolution, if you receive a negative response or no response within sixty (60) days from your request, you may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator. The Mediator's contact details are as follows:

The Mediator may be contacted within twelve (12) months after the initial complaint.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to a force majeure event.
The client may submit their case to a competent court as per the French Code of Civil Procedure, including the court of their residence at the time of the contract conclusion or the occurrence of the dispute.
French law shall exclusively apply to this account.
