Motorhome area of Montauroux, Saint-Cassien lake (Var)

Montauroux, "Balcon de l'Estérel" and jewel of the Var, is a Provençal village rich of festivities, traditions and art of life. Visit the historic center of the city with the Saint-Barthélémy chapel and its spectacular interiors, the numerous fountains (follow the fountains and wash houses circuit) as well as its breathtaking panorama from the Place du Clos. Less than 50km from Cannes' city center and beaches, Antibes, Saint-Raphaël... Montauroux remains far from the tourist and urban development of the French Riviera. Here, you will enjoy authentic green tourism especially by going to the Pont des Tuves or the Saint-Cassien lake. This lake offers you all the pleasures of tranquility by the water's edge, but also aquatic activities (swimming, pedal boats, paddles, canoes, inflatable games, fishing...) and even the discovery of an ornithological reserve (on your own or with the help of a guide).
