In July and August, the L’Épine Night Market takes place every Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the town hall park, bringing together local artisans, producers and food tasting stalls.
Craft markets are also held occasionally in Place de la Poste. Elsewhere on the island, the markets of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, L’Herbaudière and Le Vieil are perfect places to discover fresh fish, oysters, sea salt, Noirmoutier potatoes and other local Vendée specialities.
