During your stay in the Tarn, stop off at Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy for a rejuvenating break in a lush green setting. Situated at an altitude of 620 metres, in the Hautes Terres d'Oc region, you can enjoy the peace and freshness of the Monts de Lacaune.
With its focus on nature, Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy is the ideal destination for outdoor activities and offers a wide range of facilities suitable for all the family. Take advantage of the Broussonnié lake for a day's fishing. Mountain biking, cycling... there are plenty of sporting activities on offer in the surrounding area. You'll find brochures of the various routes at the village tourist office.
On the edge of the forest, linger at the Aquamonts area for a moment to yourself. Both a private spa and hammam wellness centre and an aquatic centre with waterslides (in July and August), there's something for everyone. At the "La Forêt" leisure centre, sports facilities and picnic areas are also available. It's also the starting point for many walks.
Fancy a bit of height? Try the high ropes experience at Aventure Parc. Tyrolean traverse and balance courses for all ages and paintball await you for a day of thrills and spills.
Discover the heritage of the Tarn from the medieval village of Lacaze, listed as a "Petite Cité de Caractère". Don't forget to linger around its castle, a listed historic monument. On your way to Lacaze, we also recommend a short diversions to the "forgotten" hamlet of Camalière and the fortified chapel of St Jean del Frech. Become a stone hunter by visiting the major sites of the Sidobre, sites with remarkable granite stones. Don't forget And for a walk in the heart of nature, a footpath will take you to the Saut de la Truite waterfall at St Michel de Léon.
