Tourism / Discovery

Situated 40km from Montauban, the medieval town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is waiting to welcome you! The narrow streets of this charming town are just waiting to be explored. You'll be able to admire a multitude of buildings from different eras, some dating back eight centuries! From stone, half-timbered and ribbed houses to listed buildings, lovers of architecture and history are in for a treat! You'll even find the oldest town hall in France! Dating from the 12th century, it is a perfect symbol of the city's longevity and history. You can also visit the 19th-century Neo-Gothic church of Saint-Antonin. The town is also a great place for nature lovers and green spaces, as it has 8 natural areas of ecological interest and is part of 3 Natura 2000 classified areas, two of which are linked to the river that cuts through the town! The town is bordered by the Aveyron river, so there are plenty of walks to be had between the river, cliffs and gorges! Numerous belvederes and viewpoints offer remarkable panoramic views of the gorges and the surrounding area, perfect for walks that get right up close to the water! What's more, you can kayak through the gorges! If you're a thrill-seeker, this is your chance to see this ‘great Occitan site’ in a different light !
