Olargues, located on the banks of the Jaur River, is a French village in the Hérault department of the Occitanie region. It lies within the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and is officially listed among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France."
Olargues is a hilltop village set against the backdrop of the Caroux Mountains. It clings to a rocky outcrop crowned by the former keep of the medieval castle, which has been converted into a bell tower. Below the village stands the Devil’s Bridge (Pont du Diable), a remarkable structure built in the 12th century.
