Les Salaisons de l'Adour are present three times a week, at lunchtime or in the evening, at the stopping places.
They offer Basque cakes with black cherry jam and almond cream. These cakes are made by Jérôme, a craftsman for over 25 years. They are homemade every day before you pass through the area, without any colouring or preservatives.

New for 2021: salted country ham! Produced at the Salaisons de l'Adour, at the foot of the Pyrenees, it is matured for 14 months and sold in 80g tubs.

O2Lourdes is a professional association of canoe-kayak instructors and related disciplines. Based at Lake Lourdes, we offer self-guided or supervised sessions on the lake in Stand Up Paddle and Canoe-Kayak, as well as Rafting trips on the nearby Gave de Pau (round-trip shuttle included).
