Espalion was built in an ideal spot next to the River Lot. It's an important stop off for pilgrims on the infamous Saint-Jame's Way which links le Puy-en-Velay to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Conques (GR65) hiking trail.
This is a land which is charged with history and emotion, from the great steppes of Aubrac to the chaming villages in the Lot valley. Let youself get carried away by it all.
