Pressac is a small town of 500 inhabitants, 60 km south of Poitiers.

The Floating Village of Pressac, 3 km from the campsite, is a starting point for numerous hiking and cycling trails. They wind along the lake and through the Natura 2000 site as well as the Sauzarines area. Further south, access to 100% nature trails.
14 km from Pressac, the town of Confolens has both the « Ville d’Art et d’Histoire » and « Petite Cité de Caractère » labels. A short visit to this village will take you on a bucolic ride on the Charente-Limousine rails thanks to the rail bike route.
