The seasonal market in Hossegor, located in the town centre (Place du Marché) from 9am to 1.30pm:

- Every Friday from mid-June to mid-September.
Les Halles is located in the town centre and is open :
- Every day from 8am to 3pm,
- From May to September, the Halles Gourmandes are open every Friday from 6pm to 10.30pm,
- From October to April, the first Friday of the month, from 6pm to 10.30pm for the Halles Gourmandes.

Les Salaisons de l'Adour are present three times a week, at lunchtime or in the evening, at the stopping places.
They offer Basque cakes with black cherry jam and almond cream. These cakes are made by Jérôme, a craftsman for over 25 years. They are homemade every day before you pass through the area, without any colouring or preservatives.
New for 2021: salted country ham! Produced at the Salaisons de l'Adour, at the foot of the Pyrenees, it is matured for 14 months and sold in 80g tubs.
