Since 2006, the Seignosse Surf School has welcomed you to Penon beach to experience the thrill of the Landes waves. Certified by the French Surfing Federation, our school offers lessons (group or private) tailored to all ages and levels. Supervised by state-certified instructors, you will progress in complete safety with high-quality equipment, right at the water's edge. Les Salaisons de l'Adour are present three times a week, at lunchtime or in the evening, at the stopping places.
They offer Basque cakes with black cherry jam and almond cream. These cakes are made by Jérôme, a craftsman for over 25 years. They are homemade every day before you pass through the area, without any colouring or preservatives.

New for 2021: salted country ham! Produced at the Salaisons de l'Adour, at the foot of the Pyrenees, it is matured for 14 months and sold in 80g tubs.
