Grenade-sur-l'Adour is ideally located between the ocean and the Pyrénées. The picturesque village, which borders the river, has old houses from the 14th and 15th centuries and a central square with corners and arcades. Stroll in the little historic streets and don’t forget to stop at the Landaise history museum. To enjoy a beautiful view of the banks of the Adour, simply cross the bridge. Near the area, the municipal swimming pool with outdoor pools welcomes you during the summer season. The commune offers other activities to make your stay pleasant: municipal bowling alleys with free access, pelota, tennis and beach volleyball, fishing (fishing cards on sale at the tourist office). A 12 km walk from Cazères-sur-l'Adour to Grenade-sur-l'Adour takes you through the preserved natural site of the Saligues de l'Adour. This walk can be done on foot, by canoe, kayak or paddle! Along with Grenade-sur-l'Adour, the surrounding villages make up the Grenadois region, which is rich in heritage and an authentic way of life.
