Château HAUT-BERGERON is a wine estate offering Sauternes and Graves Grand Cru wines. Come and discover the history of one of the oldest families in Sauternes.

CHARRIER-CARBONNIEU is a family-run wine estate that has been handed down from father to son since 1782, in the Sauternes AOC.

Rooted in Cadillac for over two centuries, the Jean Medeville & Sons Vineyards carry on a family history passed down through 8 generations. From Graves to Entre-Deux-Mers, through Sauternes and the hillsides of Cadillac, our family cultivates vines on both banks of the Garonne. We are passionate about sharing our red, white, rosé, and sweet wines, renowned for their excellent value for money.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we welcome you all year round for a guided tour and a commented tasting (duration: 1h):

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

• Saturdays from June to August: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Saturdays from September to May: by appointment

Will be open on Saturday, November 8, and Monday, November 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
