Ideally located 30 km north of Tours and situated on the road from Paris to Spain, Château-Renault is a peaceful, very green town on the banks of the Brenne.
Beautiful walks are waiting for you on the castle esplanade (now city hall), just a few metres from the area, following the marked paths in the town. The tour “Au fil des rues” is leading you to discover the heritage of Château-Renault: the Saint André church; the Leather and Tannery museum, the “Halle aux écorces” and the Vauchevrier mill. The tours “Cité du Cuir” and “La ville et l’eau” guide the walkers to nice discoveries.
Right next to the area, the aquatic centre proposes a wellness area and green areas for the enjoyment of children and adults alike.
