Philippe Fargeot runs an old family farm in the hamlet of Brouillard, near the mill and the campsite. The dwelling is a superb authentic building with red bricks and latticework. He cultivates thirty three hectares of useful agricultural surface to ensure the breeding of the famous chicken of Bresse. More than 10,000 chickens a year are fed and occupy the green space of the meadows. He offers "les pattes bleues" poultry for direct sale at the farm.
